Garlic Confit

The best garlic ever!

INGREDIENTS🫐🥧
2 whole garlic bulbs
3/4 cup of veggie oil
Directions:
1. Slice the bottom of each bulb and remove the outer papery skin
2. Place all cloves in a small saucepan and cover well with oil (all gloves should be covered)
3. Place the pan on a low-medium heat for 30-40 minutes. This shouldn’t boil.
4. Check that the garlic is ready by using a fork to lift out a clove and when it’s cool enough, give a little squeeze. If it drops out easily, it’s ready!
4. Keep in an air tight jar in the fridge for up to two months! 🧄❤️
