Baked Brie and Caramelized Peach Toast

🍦Ingredients:
Brie
Puff pastry
Egg
Peach
1 Tbs Butter
3tbs Brown sugar
Sourdough Bread,
3 cloves Roasted garlic,
Prosciutto,
Red Pepper Flakes
Directions:
Wrap brie in puff pastry, egg wash the top,
bake oven 20 mins at 400°
Caramelized peaches:
1 peach sliced, add butter to pan, melt & let get frothy.
Toss in peach on med-med low heat, sautéed 1-2 mins, add brown sugar, coat peaches on brown sugar/butter, let peaches sit 2-3mins, until caramelized (patience & constant watching) gently coat both sides
Toast or grill sourdough
Spread garlic
prosciutto
Top with the pastry & Brie
Add peaches
sprinkle with red pepper flakes
Enjoy!
